Starting December 1, I will be hosting my first blog giveaway challenge!
Who is going to be joining me in the 12 Days of Fitness?
Here’s how it works:
December 1-12th we we will getting our fitness on for 12 minutes a day.
That’s it! 12 minutes! The exercises are below.
On each day, take a selfie of you doing the exercise and post it on social media – use the hashtag: #12daysofFitness. Be sure and tag me as well so that I don’t miss your photo! @mandijstewart on both Twitter and Instagram. You can share your photo on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or email it to me at email@example.com.

I will keep track of the participants and the posts. Everyone who participates in an exercise a day for 12 days will be entered into a drawing for this adorable wrap bracelet from #ChloeandIsabel – The wrap bracelet can also be worn as a necklace which is very cute and great for layering! Some other things to note:
1. Just do your best! No, you do not have to hold plank for 12 minutes (um, if you can do that PLEASE take a video because I will be awestruck!). Fit the exercises in during commercial breaks, hop off the elliptical a few times and do the moves, do them in the office when no one is looking…just find a way to work them into your schedule in a way that works for you!
2. HAVE FUN! This is supposed to be a fun way to learn new moves. I will try to post mine in the morning so that if you have questions, you can see an example.3. Share with your friends. Get your loved ones on the bandwagon as well! Share the gift of fitness this holiday season!
