Tis the season for the #RWRunStreak! I am so excited, are you? I have been tackling the winter and summer #RWRunStreak for the last few years now and I love the energy it brings me usually when I need a bit of a running pick-me-up.
All you have to do is run (or walk) 1 mile each day from Thanksgiving to New Year’s. Are you up for the challenge?
